Background
Parkgate financial solutions have been trading since 1996. Following major internal restructuring in 2009, the management decided to completely overhaul the company business model and client service proposition. The changes emphasised the position of our financial planners to be highly skilled relationship managers.
We believe that our clients need to see a financial planner face to face on a regular basis in order for our company to retain a strong customer relationship. We know from experience that client’s circumstances are forever changing especially from a financial viewpoint.
To this end we adopt a predetermined review process so as to keep abreast of those changes and help our clients move forward with their financial planning with adequate timing.
In addition, we have access to a wide band of fund professionals who can concentrate on an extensive spread of investment choice and exposure. They also have the ability to react to market changes and adjust asset allocation if necessary. This enables parkgate Financial Solutions to concentrate on what we feel is our strength, managing our clients.
To this end, we have written processes for all transactions of advice and administration. This is achieved through a robust management information system.
Within this discipline, we have adopted and offer a twin cultured investment route, namely Discretionary Fund Management, (DFM) and Wrap Platforms.

The client service offered by Parkgate Financial Solutions comes with three different charging levels and review frequencies. This enables existing clients and potential clients to make a distinction between Parkgate Financial Solutions and our competitors. Structure
Independent Financial advice is provided by James Gibbons, Advising Principal of the company, also by David Wardle and Edward Jackman who are Independent Financial Advisers.
Our practice management and IT capability is of an extremely high standard, we have a very strong team headed up by Gary Cooper. Gary has been highly influential to the business and by applying his skills and knowledge; he has improved and brought our systems to the forefront of technology. The software and processing used is establishing Parkgate Financial Solutions as fore runners in the financial services industry.
Sales support is provided by Kathi Leggett. Kathi is the first point of contact when clients telephone the office and is always willing to help clients whenever possible.
